Here are some tips how to use the baking soda in order to create a healthier and cleaner skin.

That is all you need to know. Unlike any of the expensive products that remove the dead skin cells, the baking soda is an inexpensive, and yet efficient product, that does not even have any side effects (such as irritation).

To provide yourself with a soft and smooth skin, you should definitely try these several tricks.

Baking Soda – Water

This combination will act as a facial cleanser, removing the dirt, oil and dead cells off your skin. It will also unclog the pores and will prevent further creation of acne.

Take some baking soda, add some warm water, and mix it until you create a paste.

Then apply it on your face with gentle circular movements and leave it like that for half an hour. Rinse with warm water.

Baking Soda- Ground Oats

The combination with ground oats is also very powerful for cleansing your skin. You should add an amount of 1/6 ground oats to the amount of baking soda and water.

Equal parts of water and baking soda are required. Massage this mixture on your face, of course using circular movements.

Other than exfoliating the skin, this mixture can remove the dark circles around the eyes, but try not to touch the eyes with it. After you are done, wash your face with warm water and your skin will shine.

Baking Soda – Lemon

To provide yourself with an even skin complexion, to clean oily skin and disinfect the skin, just put two tablespoons baking soda and two tablespoons of granulated brown sugar in a small cup, then fill a quarter of the cup with lemon juice.

Apply this mixture on your face, leave it on for 10 minutes, and then thoroughly wash it away with warm water.

Baking Soda – Coconut Oil

This is a mixture to help you moisturize your skin. This will soften and exfoliate your skin. In order to create this mixture you need to combine equal parts of coconut oil and baking soda.

If you are dealing with sensitive skin, double the amount of  the coconut oil. Of course, create a paste and apply it on your skin, but this time, leave it only for a couple of minutes.

Wash it away with warm water and enjoy your freshened skin.
