Freedhoff says that is hard to kill of this nutrition fads, even with science, because people always want to look for solution for better health.

The obsession over food trend and fads is preoccupation for only a minority of the population.Lot of people want to have the luxury of healthy living and this is understandable.

Lot of people also do not worry about the GMOs in their products.They only care for the health and happiness of them and their children and this is the reality.
