Then, close your mouth. Inhale quietly to a mental count of 4 through the nose. Hold your breath until you count 7.
Exhale completely through the mouth, making the whoosh sound again, to the count of 8.
This is supposed to be only one breath. You need to inhale again and repeat this process another three times, bringing up the count of breaths to a total of 4.
