Underarm flab and back bulge can make a woman uncomfortable only because of the looks. They make a problem for wearing a bra and dieting is not effective, but here are some exercises that can help you to get rid of them in short period of time.

This exercises can be done at home where there is comfort, and you can also include handles, elastic banding, hand weights or tubing.

Elbow Kiss

To perform this exercise you need to spread your arms on both sides to the shoulders height. In this point you need to overlay every arm at the elbow and make a 90 degrees edge upwards. Swing the hands while they are collapsed to the front, so they can shut in at the elbow.

Do this exercise sets of three with 10 repetitions.

Push and Touch

Lift your arms overhead form the laying position on the sides of your body. For better result use a hand weights.

With your arms extended on the sides, lift them to the shoulder level and over your head and the same time. Put your arms back in position. Make 6 repetitions in 3 sets.

Crisscross reverse fly

Spread your legs in the width of your shoulders, twist at the knees for solidness and then twist at the waist at 90 degrees. In this positon your head will look down. Hold the dumbbell on every hand bowed at the elbow.

In this point raise your hands to level a little lower than your shoulders. Do a set of 3 with 10 repetitions.

Bent- over circular row

Put your legs in a position as in the past exercise. Curve your body forward for ninety degrees by use one hand and move the dumbbell towards the other hand and take it with it.

Than move the dumbbell in the mid- section and back to the starting position. Do this in a roundabout movement. Repeat 3 sets with 10 repetitions each.

 

These 4 exercises come as a winner against back bulge and underarm flab. Start them now, and see the results. Maybe they need some time but it will be worth it. Crucial things to achieve your goal are discipline and continuity.
