Well, today we are going to present you 4 exercises for upper back and shoulders that can help you to get rid of the back and underarm fat in only 3 weeks.

  1. Push and touch targets your chest, upped back and shoulders.

  • Spread your feet to shoulder width, arms down by your sides
  • Start rising your arms up to shoulder height, with palms to the celling, stop and feel the burn.
  • Slowly raise your arms over your head
  • Return your arms to shoulder level, pause, and return to starting position
  • 3 sets of 8 reps
  1. Bend- over circular row for biceps, mid- back, chest and upper back

  • Bend your knees while your abs are engaged for support
  • Bend forward until your upped body is parallel to the floor
  • Circle your arms to the left , toward your chest, over to the right and down
  • 3 sets of 12 reps
  1. Crisscross reverse fly targets your shoulders and upper back

  • Slightly bend your knees, and lean your torso forward at 45 degrees
  • Cross your arms at the wrists and start slowly to lift them to shoulder height.
  • Do 3 sets of 12 reps
  1. Elbow kiss targets your chest and shoulder

  • Raise your arms to shoulder level
  • Bend elbows to 90 degrees and pull your arms together in front of your chest until your elbows ‘’kiss’’
  • Return to starting position and do 3 sets of 12 reps

To achieve best result do these exercises for 3 weeks.
