Here are some of the advantages of the aluminium foil:

  • Have fatigue? – if you’ve had a stressful day and feel exhausted, the aluminium foil can help you regain your energy. Just cut some strips of the foil and place them in the freezer. Remove them within 2 or 3 hours, then place the strips on your eyelids and cheeks – you will instantly feel refreshed.
  • Alleviate joint pains – you can take the aluminium foil and wrap it around the joint where you feel pain, and then try limiting your movements. Let it stay like that during the night and the entire next day. This is a procedure that you have to repeat over a period of ten days, and then wait to weeks in order to start your process over again.
  • Relieve any skin burns – thoroughly clean the wound by placing some water on the burn. Dry it with a clean towel, and then apply a thin layer of an ointment on top of it. Then, place a gauze over it and finally wrap it in aluminium foil. Use adhesive tape if you have to in order to tighten it. Do not move much and the pain will soon start to disappear.
  • Treat your cold – wrap your feet with five to seven aluminium foil sheets and let them act for a period of one hour. This paper will provide you with anti-inflammatory properties that can alleviate the symptoms of a cold. Leave your feet to breathe a little, then after two hours, repeat the procedure. You will see improvements within just a couple of days. And if the symptoms are still here after a week has passed, then you will definitely have to see your doctor.
