Candy, sodas and cereals are rich in this sugar. Excess sugar fill lead to weight gain which can put pressure on the joints.
- Monosodium glutamate
MSG or monosodium glutamate is a flavor- enhancing additive that is commonly found in Asian foods and soy sauce. Fast foods, prepared soups and mixes, can also contain monosodium glutamate. This component can worsen joint pain.
